Word to the Wise Women - I'm in the Same Boat as You
I've trained everyone from the young to the young at heart and one thing is inevitable: we all age. For you older women who are reluctant to exercise because of issues that come with menopause: I know what you're going through because I'm in it myself. I call it "menopot." You can't get rid of the belly fat unless you diet. But if you're more active, you CAN increase energy through building core strength - muscles and abs - and as a result, your self esteem.
